We make everything on demand — please allow up to 5 working days for us to make, pack and get your order ready to ship.
UK delivery
Free UK delivery on all orders over £80.
EU delivery
All taxes and duties are covered at checkout for orders under €150. No surprises on the doorstep.
Orders over €150 may be subject to local customs and taxes on arrival.
International delivery
Allow up to 5 working days for production before your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll sort it.
Email us at shop@staydistracted.co.uk with your order number and we'll take it from there.
A few things to note
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unmarked
- Original shipping costs aren't refunded
- If you're exchanging, we'll ship the new item back to you free of charge
- Please don't send anything back without getting in touch first — we won't be able to accept it
We're an independent brand, so we can't cover return shipping costs — but we'll always make the process as straightforward as we can.
